Where Chen Garage Door works
Newark, all of Fremont, Union City, and the southern half of Hayward. That's the whole list, and every place on it is one we can reach on time. Where the drive is a long one, the page for that area says so and gives you the minutes.
Where we go
Drawn from surveyed road and boundary data, not sketched. Interstate 880 runs down the west side, Mission Boulevard down the east, and the dashed line is the Alameda Creek flood control channel, which has only five road crossings between Niles and the bay. That is the honest reason Union City can be two miles away and still take a while.

The ZIPs we work in
Newark 94560 · Fremont 94539 · Fremont 94536 · Fremont 94555 · Fremont 94538 · Union City 94587 · Hayward 94545 · Hayward 94544.
Hayward 94541 is not on that list on purpose. Central and north Hayward is a long run from Newark, and most of the housing there is rented rather than owner-occupied, so it isn't a market we can serve well. We'd rather point you to someone closer.
Why 14 pages and not fifty
Because we can only write a useful page about a place we actually work. Each of these has its own housing data, its own drive time and its own set of things that go wrong, drawn from Census figures and real routing rather than a template with the city name swapped out.
Talk to someone who can tell you what it is
Describe what the door is doing and we'll tell you what it usually means, what it usually costs, and when we can get there. We answer seven days a week, 7am to 7pm.
