Yes, every day. Call (510) 509-9998 at any hour. Online booking is for daytime windows, so for a night visit, call.
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
No. The price is the same at 2am on a Sunday as at noon on a Tuesday, and the quote visit is free at any hour.

Is the quote visit free?
Yes, day or night. We find the fault and price the repair before any work starts. The visit costs nothing, whether or not you go ahead.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to be there to let us see the door and to say yes to the price, because no work starts before that.

What warranty do springs carry?
Springs we install carry a 3-year written warranty. We test the auto-reverse before we leave.
