Terms

• Prices

Prices on this site are starting prices for the scope written next to them. You get the exact price at the quote visit, before any work starts, and no work starts until you say yes.

The quote visit is free, day or night. The price is the same at night and on weekends.

• Coupons

One coupon per job. Say the code when you call or book. CG-SPRING, CG-TUNE and CG-OPENER are good through Dec 31, 2026, and CG-SERVE has no end date.

• Booking online

Booking online asks Chen Garage Door to hold the daytime window you picked. We confirm it by phone or email before we come out.

To move or cancel, call (510) 509-9998 any time before the window opens. For a visit at night, call (510) 509-9998.

• Warranty

Springs we install carry a 3-year written warranty. You get the warranty in writing with the job.
