Why is my garage door grinding?

Can I spray it with lubricant?
On the hinges, rollers and springs, yes, with a garage door lubricant. Not on the track. Seized or flat-spotted rollers need replacing.
Will new rollers make it quiet?
Usually much quieter. Nylon rollers on sealed bearings run quieter than plain steel ones and do not gouge the track.
